First day in the journal, second week of running. The sandwich I ate seemed way worse for me than it actually was. Hopefully it will give me the energy I need to go run my 3 miles today. I'm not as concerned with my weight specifically as I am getting into shape. I think the current regimen I'm on will help get me physicality back in place and allow me to work on my body which will ultimately affect my weight. Guess we'll see!
