Today I feel better. I had fruit for breakfast, some matcha tea. For lunch I had a salad and an avocado, I don’t feel bloated. Usually I would get some take away for lunch, fried food, or something that was not good for me. I always ended up feeling so tired and bloated afterwards. I’m still tired but I’m sure it’s just
my mood.
