Today I worked out at the gym. I did the elliptical for 30 mins. Every 9 mins I went harder for one min. straight. I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins also. I lifted weights after my cardio. I did three leg weights, two arm weight, and crunches.
I ate a banana before working out. I ate progresso light soup for lunch after working out.
