feeling very disappointed to see the loss was only 200 gram especially since i stuck to my eating 500 calories less than needed for my height and weight. And i drank all my water and did walks regularly. Trying to keep positive and continue

I always battled with food my whole life. And for the last 6 months I have been off carbs and sugar (no I am not banting)and have not lost one gram!Instead off throwing in the towel I kept searching for answers and found this wonderful website and discovered I have been eating healthy , but too much of a good thing is also counterproductive. So now I am learning to make choices, eat the right food and the right quantity and after 5 days I already feel more positive. I am going for those 20 KG's!!!
