I woke up Sunday morning weighing 156 pounds. I ate lasagna, garlic bread pizza and drank way too much Saturday... all day! What the hell?

second day of running and serious stomach exercises. Running feels great. Try to go farther tomorrow. Tummy exercises suck, but I've noticed a bit of a difference. Remember to stretch.
food ideas: salad, tuna, milk, broccoli, celery soup, jason popcorn, grape nuts, fruits, veggies.
