Flax Seed Oil
Hi,

I had the same problem, and bought Flax Seed Meal instead and have been adding it to my oatmeal every morning. Perhaps this could be another option for you.

Confused about my metabolism
I am very rarely hungry throughout the day. I usually have breakfast around 9am, and am not hungry again until 1:30-2pm. I'm worried that I am sabotaging my diet and metabolism by not eating often enough. My weight is not budging.

Does the "two hour rule" apply even when you are not hungry?
