I tried some weight loss programs such as proteins but they didn't certainly suit to me. What is calorie counting? According to you, drinking water and tea can boost the weight loss or eliminate?

I allow me to integrate the discussion. I'd like to have some advices from you. I tried any weight loss programs but I regained weight. Today, I try to eat healthy but it's very difficult for me to lose weight. I'd want to find a natural way to boost my weight loss.
