Jumped back on here after losing 50 lbs 1.5 years ago. Still at the same maintained weight (~150) Something new for me I’ve begun is working out! Hate the gym and hate the soreness but now I do 2 short workouts a day, one in the a.m. for warm up and stretch and a more intense one later on. My thighs are feeling it! I’d like to tone up and start eating a bit better as the new year comes, It would be nice to have a maintenance weight of 140-let’s see
