Getting Back on track

I had to stop losing weight in order to fit into my wedding dress. I stopped working out for 2 months. I only gained about 2 pounds or so. Now I am ready to jump back into this and lose another 15 pounds before our trip to Mexico in September.

Today I noticed a pair of jeans that used to fit snug has loosend up some. :-) My clothes are starting to lay differently. Great feeling.

For the last two days I have weighed in at 161. It is safe to say that its a steady weight.

Yesterday I did my 45 mintues of intesnse kettlebell training. My body is a little sore. I have not felt hungry most of the day. I tried a new low cal subway sandwhich and loved it. All in all today was a good day for me.
