Have been working at eating less than my RDI by 1000 calories and it has been going pretty good. I haven't had any real treat type of foods for a couple of days, except my nightly granola bars and with giving up treats for Lent it should help. I've stayed away for a couple of days and it hasn't been too hard, but I do think that I will have a few Tootsie Rolls tonight before Lent starts.

I am eating less then I am burning and it seems to be doing well so far. I have to get my carbs under control though, but Lent is coming up and I think I will give up sweets; that should get me off to a good start.
