It's been a little over a week and I am still doing great. I am not hungry at all! I actually get stuffed eating 6 times a day and have a hard time reaching my goal calories. The exercising part of this diet hasn't been going as well as the food part. I am SO busy right after work during the week. If I can't get to a video, I do a combo of push ups, sit ups, and let exercises for abouth 15-30 minutes while I'm watching t.v. It's better then nothing. :) I have lost 9 lbs and I feel so good right now. Mike and I have a "free" day every week to give us a little break so we don't freak out and binge! Loving today! YEAH!
