This is the worst part of dieting... THE HUNGER! I'm at the point where i can eat the same thing I ate yesterday, and I felt full, and feel EMPTY!
But this is just a phase and U can't give in to that Hunger! I can and WILL get past this sustaining hunger! Because my hunger for a better body and better health is more powerful then any empty stomach will ever be!

I gained 6 lbs. since the start of the summer and I have reached my weight limit! I never want to weight more than 180lbs and I'm almost 2lbs over that! NO MORE! I need to get on track fast!

I just hope I can lose a significant amount of weight for Prom in May and for college. I have 41 lbs to go until my goal weight and started up great. Had i great breakfast of eggs bacon and toast with some orange juice and no coffee. I feel that will be my undoing. Lets hope I am able to keep having a good day.
