It's been two weeks and two days since I started this diet. I have recorded everything I have eaten (Fat, Carbs, Prot., Calories) and keep a running total with my averages. This is a great help in keeping me on the straight and narrow. I have lost 6 lbs. and I am happy with that. I have not been walking as much but I will get back at it.
