Well I feel guilty whenever I eat food when it's not breakfast lunch or dinner. For example I just ate a seven layer bar RIGHT before dinner!
I just need to teach myself to stop eating when I shouldn't, and if I'm hungry, to eat something healthy instead.
I need discipline!!
