I am staying with drinking just water (except one unsweetened tea and one coffee a day) and the pounds are coming down steadily. I am about to add some excercise (like walking)to the mix to continue the downward trek. Its slow, but sure.

Feeling down today, I gained 2 pounds as I went over on carbs. I'm finding my metabolism is quite unforgiving...

I actually started on the 15th starting at 236 lbs. as of today, I am down to 225 lbs all because I quit drinking soda and sweet tea.
