today i weighed myself on wii fit and im 149.5! i am dropping the weight sooo fast! im soo happy. this is the first time in a long time i have been under 150. it feels great. theres no stopping me now!

i have never made it to 4:30 with under 400 cal before. this is crazy! and im not even at all hungry. i thought i was doing bad because i was eating like every hour but i was eating things that were less than 80 cal each, like applesause cups and rice cakes and watermelon. i alwaysss feel hungry, but ive been trying this new stuff that takes away your cravings, and now i can actually tell if im actually hungry or just wanting to eat. and im not always thinking about food for once! its great! eating has always been my way out, i get stressed, and then i eat. and trust me, right now is the most stressful time i have ever had in my life, and yet.. im loosing weight! its making me feel better about my self and able to take on all thats going on right now, and somehow, ive been able to control the stress and anxiety better.. its an amazing feeling.

ello world! my name is jeanette, and imachange2day. lol. i have had troubles with my wait for over 2 years now, and im sick of it! this summer ima become all that i know i can be, and take charge of my life. my life is legit a soap opera, and belongs on a television show. so with a all the stress, ive been packin on the pounds. i know i can be a really pretty girl if i just loose the weight, and once i look on the outside the way i feel on the inside, then im good to go. so thats my goal. i am 15 years old, im am 155lbs, and im gunna loose 30 lbs in 2 months. end. of. story.
