Guy's I broke into the 70's today which was one of my big goals, I was so amped because for some reason with me my body loves to have me sitting in the 80's.

I have been doing IF like a boss and I love it and I am seriously starting to see the benefits yes I am not losing weight at a break neck speed but to be honest I don't want to I would rather do something sustainable that progressively assists me in losing weight and IF is that for me and it suits my lifestyle so well.

I am a severely lazy person when it comes to food, I hate thinking about it and preparing it and I think that was one of the major problems that I had with other eating plans is I actually had to consciously force myself to think about prepping three meals a day.

Now all I have to think about is one meal and I make sure that meal is a good one and it also falls into the period of time where I can actually afford to think about food which is that hour in the evening after I have work and gym and house hold chores all under wraps and I can sit quietly and enjoy the moment.

Also I am getting so many comments from people in my crossfit box and people at work asking me what I am doing to lose so much weight because they can physically see the difference though believe it or not I haven't lost a huge amount of weight on the scale there is a difference in my body composition because I am toning and my clothes have gone from tight to baggy.

What a mess up I haven't reordered an entry in a while, my 16 hour IF has been good, I haven't actually progressed to a 24 hour fast as of yet because the mere thought of it is somewhat still daunting to me, would love to hear how most people over came that barrier it would seriously help.

I have made other changes though, such as I am down to one solid meal a day I break my fast with a blended up dates and milk to stabilize my blood sugar then I eat at dinner time, where as before I was eating two solid meals one at lunch and one at dinner which was actually throwing my calorie intake for the day up.


I have had a few calorie indiscrepences especially over the weekend, and I am currently suffering through shark week actually let me rephrase and call it JAWS week so I am finding myself to be very nibbly but I am fighting through the best I can with a slip up here and there never during my fasted phase thank goodness only during my feasting phase, but hey it's a life style and life isn't perfect.
