Well....I've been m.i.a. for awhile. Where does time go? My weight has gone back up to new highs, and I need to get serious about this. Now when I look back and see how close I was to my goal, how did I let that go? My youngest son is heading off to school, so no more excusses. No need to have bad snack food in the house. My husband is deployed and this is the first time in 27 years that I have been home alone with out anyone else to "take care of." I think it's time I start to take care of ME!! I'm not sure what my weight is right now. I just know that it's much higher then I ever thought it would be. I was in a wreck on the 16th of July, and thanks to my angels working over time, I'm still here. Everyday is a new adventure, and today I will make the most of it--Enjoy the day:)
