Day 8. So my first weigh in went better than expected. 10.5 pounds gone! What started out as detoxing my system turned into a really good diet. Since there is always a wall on week two, I decided to change things up and start exercising. I'm hoping to keep the pace up and be skinny by summer.

Day 4. The basketball game last night was good. Hard to say that all of that food around didn't bother me. It did. But I did well with no real cravings so I know my willpower is there. I would still trade a kidney for a Starbucks right now, but I need to do this. 29 years of bad dieting has to be corrected.
On a side note, my energy level is back to normal, but my concentration is still a bit off. I guess it's just part of the territory from not being strung out on caffine and sugar.

Day 3. The headaches are gone! I would still sell my soul for a Venti Java Chip Frappuchino from Starbucks, but it's getting easier. Spent last night making salads and slicing veggies to today's pit stop for lunch was nice and quick.
I'm excited for the Basketball game tonight but at the same time I'm not. It's a lot of temptations and while I know I'll be fine, it just sucks. But it's all for healthy living I guess lol.

Day 2. Yesterday sucked. Caffine headache and didn't eat till 10PM. But we went shopping and found lots of foods that I can eat so I won't be limited. Just have to prepare things at night so my mornings are not so rushed. Hope today goes better.
