i am sticking to it. john and i are going out to dinner tonight but other than that i will make good wise choices today and i am going to hit the gym... even if it is just to stretch. but actually i'll do the bike and try the cross trainer. feeling good about being on my way. but still need to work and work and work.

superbowl sunday. i'm still not able to go running. in fact walking is getting difficult. this sucks. i feel like crap and cannot seem to lose even one ounce. i am going to try to hit the gym tomorrow and atleast do stretches and some ab work if i can. i just can't seem to get a handle on this right now. and it is frustrating the hell out of me. it makes me want to scream and cry and my weight is making me hate how i look and how i feel.

well...neither up nor down. i guess that is ok. hopefully i will become more mobile over the next few weeks and i will be able to excercise and move more. i am going to start going on the bike upstairs maybe this afternoon or tomorrow. going upstairs doesn't seem like the most stellar of ideas actually. when i can drive i will head back to the gym, light exercise.
