Back on the diet bandwagon again! Hubby and I are doing it together this time, with the help of some friends who are certified personal trainers! Wish us luck!!

So...gained 1 lb. I really think that's because I have my period and plus I weighed in jeans! I think hubby didn't lose as much either. Not really sure where we went wrong, we were both pretty diligent about following the plan and staying within our points range. One thing that may be a problem is that my carb intake is pretty high eventhough I've been staying in my points range. I'll try to reduce the carbs this week and see how well I do.
