I have been more conscious of my eating and do great during the day, but when I come home from work, I usually blow it. Gotta make sure to dejunk my pantry.

I got up to 223 and am down to 210.5 right now. I think I am done with being overweight and ready to make a real life change instead of just trying to get weight off only to gain it back. I want to see more than a new body, I want a new attitude about how I eat and take care of my health. So, I am going to begin exercising at least three days a week, but hopefully more. I will commit to three for now. Also, I am a carb junkie and that has been changing so I look to see some real changes now. I have been watching my carbs for about 12 days now and I have stopped craving all the junk that I am used to. Being over 40 makes this even more important to me. I need to be healthy for my family...

Not following South Beach. Just been doing fatlose for idiots... I feel good though so maybe it isn't a bad diet. I just finished my first eleven days...

I am on day three of the South Beach diet and so far so good. All of the yoyo dieting has to stop and I feel that my resolve is good. I would like to be down by at least 15lbs before school starts back. My middle age spread has makes me feel unattractive and unhealthy. I am pumped and ready to get my body back and look and feel sexy for my amazing husband. Ultimately, this is all for me, but it won't hurt to see him do a double take when I walk into the room.
