my 5th day on my Protein sparing fast Max calories allowed 600, zero carb goal, no alcohol, mainly water, Vitamin supplements, beetroot capsules, pyridoxine, betaine, enzymes,Urine strongly positive for Ketone bodies fasting BS 90 still hungry but less so,
