Went to visit family and ate whatever I wanted. Didn't drink much water, either. Gain shows how bad i was. Feel awful, back on track tomorrow. Sigh.

Facial pain, a lot. Eating scrambled eggs and drinking Atkins shakes. So prob why the loss. Also, can't figure out why my dates are wonky. They all say July 15 and that I'm losing too quickly. My journal looks OK with the weight though. I don't get it. Maybe when I edited my starting weight? In my personal journal that I keep at home, I had written that I weighed myself and was 201 and that was what pushed me to get losing.Maybe it will sort itself out, I don't know how to fix it.
Going up on meds for face pain, trying to get control back. Very bad 2 weeks, but I didn't go back to my old patterns of eating junk to comfort myself. On my worst days, i just drank Atkins shakes to avoid chewing or opening my mouth very much, which causes pain. Still struggle with the water intake a little bit, but I'm trying.
