Decided to do a mid week weigh in...loss of 2 pounds so far! hopefully that 2 pounds can turn into a 4 pound loss by the end of this week!

Yesterday I decided to start out my week of working out with the Just Dance 3 game I got for Christmas. I managed to burn 3000 calories (according to the game). Today I thought I would try something different and play the Zumba Fitness 2 game that I also got for Christmas! I had no idea how out of shape I was! But that is all about to change! I am going to get fit this year even if it kills me!

My goal for the year 2012 is to get to a healthy weight that I can easily maintain. I want to be at least halfway to my goal weight by the middle of May.
