Im 56, mother of 3 grownup children and have an office job where I sit all day, currently going through the menopause and piling on the weight... I used to enjoy badminton, walking cycling and now cant even motivate myself to run up the stairs.
Started my diet yesterday and looking for inspiration, have tried slimming world and weightwatchers over the years but have decided i feel much more comfortable with calorie counting (Rosemary Connolly and SAGG ways if anyone else remembers that far back) Just looking for moral support - as hubby "likes me the way I am
