Haven't been feeling so hot today. Only got 4 hours of sleep. I am hoping that is why I haven't been feeling good. It almost feels like I am starving myself but I know that can't be it. I am eating decent meals just not as much as I used to nor what I exactly want.
Workout today:
35 jumping jacks
20 wall pushups
20 bicep curls
20 reverse overhead
15 donkey kicks per side
35 calf raises
15 sec side bridge per side
10 fire hydrants
10 side crunches per side
75 squats
120 crunches
35 pelvic raises

Woohoo! I am exhausted. A 45 minute workout but I pushed it just as hard as before. I had to rest a little more in between, I just got tired or hurt more than yesterday.
Workout today:
75 crunches
50 squats
:25 superman
25 wall pushups
30 russian twists
30 calf rises
10 fire hydrants each side
5 lying toe crunches
40 pelvic rises
10 donkey kicks both sides
5 plie squats
10 tricep dips
15 bicep curls
15 reverse overhead curls
And I know you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday especially since its only been 2 days since I started but I wanted to know I am doing something since it takes awhile to see results. So to keep my optimism up I now weigh 162.8 but I won't make my weigh in official until this week is up!

I have no absolute knowledge of how long I worked out today. I feel it was at least 30 minutes. I feel accomplished. I found some exercises on Pinterest that I started. I just select a few from each and do them.
My workouts today include:
30 Crunches
30 Squats
:20 Superman
30 Jumping jacks
10-20 calf rises
30 Pelvic rises
20 Wall pushups
10 Fire hydrants each leg
20 Situps
10 Plie Squats
20 Donkey Kicks per side
50 Bicycles
Then I stretched and came here to jot it all down (: Now looking at all of this I could cry. I feel so accomplished. I pushed myself hard today. When I couldn't do it all straight, I took a breath told myself I could do it. I did (:
