here we go. Low fat, low sugar, low carb diet. Mostly fresh greens and fruits. Moderate amount of proteins. Lots and lots of water. No caffeine or carbonated beverages.

Been a long, long time since I've been on. So much has happened. I was doing so good with my diet and exercise before I quit, then I just gave up. Not sure why.
But I'm back. And now I'm just doing a low fat, low carb diet with lots of water and exercise. Started an exercise program called TurboFire, which is amazing so far. This is only my first week in, so hopefully will get easier.

Been gone for a while... busy, busy, busy. But I made my goal! Next is firming up and getting rid of my "mommy pouch". Seems like that won't budge no matter how much I lose.
