Monday is weigh in day. Looks like I should still be on the 1 lb per week loss. Gave up on the lower carb thing and I am now focusing on eating more fruits & veggies. I am also giving myself credit for not eating anything past 7:00 pm. I am also striving for a 500 calorie a day defict which gives me a 1 lb lost each week. That way I' won't get so discouraged as I was on Nov. 1st.

Still working on decreasing my carb intake. 1 lbs isn't so bad to lose, at least I lost.

Last week was the start of our firm's Biggest Loser competition. I wanted the week to be a good beginning for my slow but steady weight loss. I lost the 1 pound goal. Yeah!
