06 March 2015

A few days ago I had accident and I ate half of some dessert, but straight after I felt so bad. Now I remember this feeling and it helps me to refuse myself things I would like to eat. It sounds a little bit like it is very difficult to follow diet, but it is not. I do not feel hungry if I set my meal in sensible time gaps. Moreover sometimes I have to force myself to eat something even if I do not want to.

My diet does not work with me (or I have to wait for satisfactory results) - there is few likely reasons:

1. Before changing way how do I eat, my eating was very irregular, compulsive and do not meet my body needs. I mean I have eaten one or maximum two meals a day, sometimes I have started eating after 5 PM a lot of food, which typical person ate it for at least days. So that is maybe why I do not lose weight - because calories income has not changed that much or at all.

2. I weight about 80 kg, so I am not obese that much, so If I want to lose that extra kilograms, I should do something harder. Namely more strict diet.

3. Maybe I should resign with dealing with diets and focus on activity, but on the other side I have done it two or three times in my life and I has not worked that much I would like to. Moreover there is a lot of opinions diet is to care about your shape, and exercises are for muscles.

What am I going to do?
I am going to not change anything in diet until 4 weeks will pass away. In meantime I will observe my weight very accurate. If I noticed enough progress (at least 1 kg per week, so on 23rd of April my scale should display 76 kg), I would not make changes. If did not, I would do it. Then we will see..

It is still 80kg. I hope from Monday it will change. I need more motivation. Bellow I am enclosing photos from beginning of the week.

<p>Yeah, I know I don't look good, but I am going to work on it.
