Well i havent been on here in a week or so. Havent put in what i have eaten , or done for exercise. More importantly I thought when I first started on here i weighed 220 lbs. but infact I weighed 228. WTF ??? I couldnt belieive it. Well i guess I could considering how I had been eating. So for the past week I have been really good about what I am eating and getting on the treadmill and I have lost 4 lbs. So that makes me very happy. I will keep trying to do the best that I can

here i am again, on yet another diet. lots of weight to loose again. Last year i lost 40 lbs. but of course i put it all back on and then some. when will i learn, i do this every couple of years. once i get going i do well at looseing the weight but it is the getting going that im having a real hard time with this time. what can i say, i love to eat. it is hard to get it through your head that you dont need all the crap that i eat. Im really going to try and do my best this time ( again )
