i am behiend on my protien . i need to eat more protien . the avrig person eats 20-30 persent to have the right amount of protien iam over my fats by 11% and my carbs are avrig .i need to eat les fat and more protien.

well i am under the food guied and i need to chaenge evrey thing i need to eat more vegies and more derie producks and more grain i need to track all of the stuff i eat my gole is to loes 5 pounds i half to eat and not eat for to days stright i need to dring more water and exercise more i do an houer and forty frive minouts for five days stight i need to walk around out side and go for some runs and i need to rty and mabey and sleep more .
