It's a new week so it's time to get back on track. The weekend was super hard, as it always is for me. This week is going to be a challenge because I'm super busy and not at home much. I'll have to pack big lunches/dinners with me to help me stay on track and not just grab someone out of a vending machine. Gained two pounds so that kinda killed my vibe. BUT new week, new beginning!

Yesterday went good! I need to really amp up my meal prep though. Ate paleo all day except for dinner and a snack so I am very proud about that. I'm starting with only eating one non-paleo meal and a snack a day and by January I want to be full paleo. Got a new 1RM for push press, went up 15 pounds to 105#. I have CrossFit tonight and I am very excited because I can finally get up to a hand stand without any help so it'll be fun to show them I can do that FINALLY haha.

Well, I start tomorrow. I am going to try and eat paleo as offten as possible. Got some food prep done so that should help! Need to eat better so I can get in shape if I'm gonna do that CrossFit competition in the summer. Reminder: exercise 30% diet 70%.
