a lot has happened since I last logged in.
i've changed jobs
i've moved house
i've got a partner
i've got goals - to have a family and move house - as well as losing weight.
my 'plan' is the same as before: to eat mindfully.

According to this site it
looks
like I've lost a few pounds, but I've been eating badly. Far too much fat (cheese) and sugar (liquorice, crisps ...and many more items I can't even recall)
The thing is though, as of last week I was 147lb, but I slid back into eating too much when I wasn't hungry and eating too much fat at that.
I'm now back on the wagon: more fruit, more veg, less fat, less eating-when-not-hungry.

i went a bit nuts yesterday. as a result i knew i was still hungry - but not badly so, i just thought i may not be able to fall asleep...
anyway i was down by two pounds today.
well this morning.
today i've eaten so much uneccessarily.
- cakes that my mother brought for me
- a cabbage dish when i wasn't hungry
- 2 tortilla wraps filled with hummus, onion and tstuff when i wasn't hungry.
i haven't done any exercise. i was so cold i have just had a very warm bath to heat myself up.
now i'm hungry again. hmmm.
i'm going to have a melon. so the day will be all that, plus stewed apple and some rosehip tea. lets see what tomorrow brings!
