a lot has happened since I last logged in.
i've changed jobs
i've moved house
i've got a partner
i've got goals - to have a family and move house - as well as losing weight.

my 'plan' is the same as before: to eat mindfully.

Are you so disgusted right now, that you’re ready to move forward? If this is you, then you’re ready. It’s “your time.” You’re first step is knowing you’re done with the old ways that never worked, with how you’ve treated yourself, etc., and your committed to changing your life. Abstinence from those destructive ways, is success. Once you’re working on new ways, and you’re taking it “day by day,” you won’t go back, because you won’t want to go back. If you’ve struggled in ways that are sickening, you’ll take joy in your new ways. It happened for me. Its been years since I’ve binged. There’s no way I will ever do it again. It’s not even a thought nor a feeling within me. I’ve changed so much, it’s as if I’ve built a new blueprint. I look at today, and I never look back.
i guess what i'm saying is that - to an extent - my diet is the Okinawa one of hara hachi bu (only Westernised to fit my lifestyle).
