First day without bread:
Grilled chicken (yoghurt marinated similar to tandoori but with smoked paprika & garlic) plus potatoes and green beans in a garlic, dill, lemon and olive oil dressing served with Greek yoghurt.

Shocked at how much I've put on over lockdown.
I've started getting active again, with a target of 10,000 steps/day.
My main vice is bread, so I've cut that out along with sweetened fruit juice.
I have to be organised, creative and disciplined when shopping to avoid resorting to the convenience of bread and cheese for nearly every meal.
