Now we're talking! Weight is finally starting to move! I have one problem though. Loss of appetite, second day in a row now that I'm going to have to force myself to eat more.....

Didn't eat enought today. I'm surprised as to how my appetite has eased. I was busy today though so that was partly to blame.

Breakfast 4.08 net carbs veggie
Dinner 4.31 carbs veggie:
Snack: 1.06 + 2.88 = 3.94
Sub total 12.33
I'm still trying to figure this diet out and started reading the book. I think I'm getting the idea but I would appreciate if someone could have a look at my diary today?
I've had all 3 meals and I'm short on my veggies and overall net carbs, so I'll eat something else later on as my pre bedtime snack.

Had really bad day yesterday.
Let myself the first time in a local market. Felt absolutely crap afterwards, tired, nearly like a weak feeling. However I don't know what the hell happened it just got worse, ate a burger and some pasta. Back on the horse this morning. I am dissappointed as to how slow i'm losing weigth. Wondering should I bother with the induction and go onto owl as it's not giving the results I was hoping for.
