wow--up 5lbs after holiday dinners--just a few big carb laden dinners. Not riding stationary bike over the xmas-new years week either.

After a plateau at 164-166 for a month, went back to only salads & veggies & just weighed in at 161 (haven't been there in about 5 yrs!!!) Total weight loss since 8/2015 22 pounds. Still riding my stationary bike for 300 calories every other day or so (per bike moniter). I have to mention this is the greatest bike with a big seat & also folds up against the wall when not in use for $150 bucks from Walmart, has really helped me since I hate exercise.

A few pounds up & down over the holiday, but back to my last weigh in 4 weeks ago.

OK, total down is 19 lbs since 8/25, but still have some tummy fat! Bought a used stationary bike & maybe that'll help. Still miss not eating pasta, rice, bread... But feel it's worth it getting this far this quickly in 11 weeks. Love using the tools here & to think it's free. I've had friends spend $200-$300 to join weight watchers & Jenny Craig & then have to shell out for their food as well... Just keeping low fat & way low carb is so easy now that I can memorize the numbers on the stats. Even makes grocery shopping more interesting.
