Well.. I was holding steady at 212-213 for years.!! Then I started cutting carbs, stuck to protein, down to 199, finally, within 3 -4 weeks time. Then I went on vacation for 12 days, gained some back, 205, but it's slowly coming off, slowly. I haven't been nearly as strict with cutting out the carbs, so that has not helped but I try everyday. And today is another day.

not thrilled but it was a lot less than I expected. I was so surprised I had to get on twice, to be sure. I was expecting an increase of 5 or more so...

I dropped 3 lbs., wish it was more of course but only because I have so far to go but at least it was down. And BMI is down, body fat down, so it's all good!
