Well i finally decided to give in and start a journal. Last night i woke up in the middle of the night and ate my daughters cake that she brought home from the store. I don't even remember eating eat. The shame and embarresment is overwhelming me right now. I feel like i have this dirty secret no one knows about. I could easily use the excuse that Thanksgiving is this week and i can start a diet next week. The problem is that it is always next week, next month, next Sunday. My self esteem is in the crapper and the fix seems like it should be so easy but it's not.
