Today is Sunday and, even though I overate at dinner, I still exercised. That is step one to getting back into shape for me. I walked for 30 minutes. The weather was beautiful today and I am getting spring fever...which is some inspiration for me to get in shape!! My goal is to lose weight in my legs and hips. Tomorrow, I will record my measurements and start my Sexy New Self!!
