Breakfast: scrambled eggs, ham, spinach,& cheese. A little avocado oil and sliced tomatoes. Very good and very filling.

left over meat loaf sandwich for lunch. Ground turkey raw egg onions banana peppers
tomato sauce. on lettuce wrap with mayo.

Had a awesome dinner : parmesan crusted cat fish and broiled zucchini squash, in the bacon drippings from this morning breakfast bacon. It was yummy.

So slow. gained 2 lbs Tuesday lost 2 lbs Wednesday and then Thursday gained 1 lb back again. This is crazy. But I am in ketosis only eating between 5 to 10 grams carbs a day which come from green veggies. Not hungry at all so there's another plus. Every one have a great day.
