That's what comes from being angry at my body for doing everything right and still not losing weight - picked up so much weight over this weekend. Cut your nose to spite your face!
I really considered letting this whole thing go, but then I realised that I have nothing else to be enthusiastic about right now, and after a good day of exercise and eating right, I was always excited to get onto the scale the next morning.

Today I feel angry at my body! I've been doing everything right all week. I even joined our local Run/Walk for Life club! No weight lost for 4 days (and I can only hope that my sore muscles have something to do with that), and one little cheat burger and beer and I pick up a whole KG! Dear body: I'm doing my best here, do your bit bitch!

It's amazing what a week "off" can do. So many social events in the space of 9 days (2 weekends and the week in-between). Time to focus again!
