I just finished my 25th year of teaching, and I have gained 10-15lbs since last summer. I would like to get back to 135, but the main reason I am signing up is because of my physical. My total cholesterol was 624 last week, I was anemic and low on vitamin D so I need to change my diet. I would like to make the change in diet before school starts back.
