So I started to fill out my first day and realized, I can't eat a small bagel with butter in the morning. I need to find foods with lower fat. I will start tomorrow. I did go on a 1.55 mile walk and I will also go to the fitness center to do 30 minutes on the eliptical as well as some machines. Tomorrow will be a better day!
