Wow, I'm burning a lot more calories a day than I'm taking in regularly. This could be a problem, as I'm not looking to LOSE weight...I just want to tone up. You know, NOT see cellulite on my thighs and butt?
I'm either going to have to slow up on my exercise, or eat a lot more every day.
I don't like the less exercise option, because I LOVE how I feel after a good work out every morning. I really think it's helped me manage my anxiety and stress lately. I feel a lot less mopey and irritable a whole heck of a lot less often! (Even my husband has commented.) My doc, my therapist, and my chiropractor all wanted me to work out regularly, and I can clearly see the difference!!!
This leads me to more calories...but geez, I'm already eating when I'm hungry, and sometimes even when I'm not! I make sure I get a large (for me, anyway) breakfast every day, and I eat a healthy lunch and dinner. My problem is snacks.
They're either too small, or not healthy (full of carby goodness).
Hmmm...what to add to my list?

It's been FOREVER, but I'm BACK! And I'm at my goal weight, whoo hoo!
The Husband and I have been really great at eating better. We've almost completely cut processed food out of our daily diet, which is just GREAT, considering all the sugar, salt and nasty fat in most packaged food.
We've also followed our exercise regimen almost every day for the past four weeks.
I feel AMAZING, and I can't wait to see my bikini body at the end of the summer!

How does one do it? I'm going to have to go back to writing everything down at the end of the day, my iPhone app is too labor-intensive for work or on the go. Oh well.

Time to get back on track! We are moved and settled, so there's no excuse not to cook and eat at mealtimes, darn it! I'm going to start trying to record what I know I'm making for dinner ahead of time during the day; hopefully this will keep me from skipping out on cooking and just snacking all night!

Have NOT been paying attention to my diet...actually, have barely eaten a real dinner all week! Husband and I have been busy rental-hunting and it's led to stress and cranky disputes over dinner and a general lack of appetite. However, we have found ourselves a home and I am determined to get back on track while we get moving--picking up dinner is easier, but making our own dinner is better for the budget. Here's to Mission Stick To The Meal Plan!
