I am so frustrated by how much weight I have let myself gain! I went from a super slim 125 to 155 in less than 2 years! I would like to be 130, but I would settle for 135. So, I am doing 1500 calories a day. In the process, I want to add in some physical activity, but that will be a slow process because I have NEVER exercised with any regularity of productivity in my life.
