Sat diet was bad. Tried to stay on but did not have a lot of food choices at the hunt and I was hungry so I overate on melon and nuts. Am guesstimating how much I ate. Energy level was great all day.

Not sure if I can believe this weight. It is done on my scale at home. But I did check the calibration with the weights I have. So the scale was correct to 20 pounds......... Did the woosh fairy visit me yesterday? Is it dehydration because I did not get enough to drink yesterday? I will be fine with this being my new low. But my jeans did not fit differently on Friday........ About to measure myself.

Took last week of recording food as I am discouraged by slow weight loss. Was excited on Thursday when I weighed and it was 159.2 -today it is .6. Looks like I may not bounce too much higher right now.
Energy was in the pits on Sat and I fell asleep at 4 PM and woke up Sunday morning at 4 AM. Started off with low energy on Sunday but it got better through the day. Energy is good this am as i exercised, went by the office to pick up some paper work, ran to the co-op to get feed, fed horses, got back home to fix breakfast and am starting day clear headed.

Energy level was picking up Tues, good on Wed and Thurday and I am dragging again today. Had 2 glasses of wine last night and they did not agree with me. I think I need to stick with one glass.
Net carbs seem way out of proportion because I had the candy again and fatwecret does not take inot account the sugar alcohols for net carbs. Also, how can the whataburger grilled chicken salad have so many carbs? There was mostly lettuce - a little grilled chicken, no crackers, etc...............
