So my journey begins. I have been extremely over weight now for about 3 years. I use to be in great shape and into bodybuilding. I had gotten down to 178lb. and went up to 210lb. solid muscle. Now I am weighing in at 245lb. My profession really demands much of my time as I am on call for 24 hour periods quite a bit. My workout routine went out of the window. I would get up at 0430 and do HIIT training for at least 45 minutes. That afternoon I would steadily weight train for 1.5 to 2 hours then go for a 4-6 mile jog with my best friend. That went out the window. I am also a single parent so my time was limited and now more so. But I am taking my health back into my control with help of a couple of my really great and supportive friends. It looks like a long road ahead but I'm ready. My meals are prepped and I have more control over my call schedule. I'm really excited.
