This is actually for yesterday but since I was feeling like crap, I'm entering it today. I had an all-day headache that just wouldn't let go. Half a dozen ifeprophens and acetametephens didn't even touch it. I'm putting it down to the change over in the old bod. I'll see what happens over the next couple of weeks.
Outside of that, I've been feeling great. My nose isn't stuffed up when I sleep, my joints aren't hurting all the time, no acid reflux or numbness in the arms and legs. If that costs me a headache once in a while, I'll gladly pay up.

Second day on the Atkins lifestyle.
I'm having hunger pangs about a half hour after eating but I figure that's just my body getting back at me for abusing it so long.
I'll go the requisite two weeks and see how I feel. I'd like to lose the weight but if I can just feel better, I'll be ahead of where I am now.
