Have been away for awhile. Have been having some personal issues going on at home. Doing much better, hopefully will get back on track again. Had a very nice chef salad today for lunch. Didn't get to eat breakfast because had to get blood work done.
Will probably have some baked chicken, mac and cheese and some pickled beets.

Got off track a little Thanksgiving day. Not too much though, just by a couple hundred calories. Working extra hard to lose them. I have been having problem with my knees, so exercising is a little hard, so have to work mostly upper body. This is hard when doing it by yourself. I sure could use some encouragement.

Has been a long day. Made a breakfast bowl with grits, eggs, chopped bacon and pepper jack cheese. Tried to drink some coffee, but friends called needing a ride first thing this morning. Been so busy, didn't get a chance to have lunch. Fixed tuna salad stuffed tomatoes for dinner, yummy. Can't to extra exercise tonight, right leg giving me problems. Arthur is visiting, lol. Well, more tomorrow.

Good morning. Had a rough time last night. I kept wanting chocolate. Nothing seemed to satisfy me until I got a couple of pieces. Future hubby planning on making stuffed tomatoes today. I love those.

This is my second week of my diet. I am trying to get down to at least 150 lbs. If I can get lower, that will make me even happier. More tomorrow.
